Gaur eguerdian euskalgintzako hainbat eragile bildu dira Gasteizen, Eusko Legebiltzarraren aurrean, Aldatu Gidoia izeneko kanpaina aurkezteko. 2. EITBk urtean edukietara bideratutako diru-partidaren %75 euskarazko eduki eta programetara bideratzea. EITBren telebista-kateetan, helduentzako film eta telesailen emanaldien %50 gutxienez euskaraz eskaintzea, eta kuota hori progresiboki handitzea. Primeran plataforman, ikus-entzunezko eduki guztiak euskarara bikoiztuta eta azpidatzita eskaintzea.
Bi urtetan, haur eta gaztetxoei zuzendutako edukietara bideratutako aurrekontua progresiboki handitzea, bigarren urtean, egun bideratzen den aurrekontua hirukoiztera iritsiz.
Euskarazko bikoizketa EITBn, urtean 1.500 orduko produkzio-mailara itzultzea. Bikoizketa arloaren prestigioa, kalitatea eta duintasuna zaintzea, profesional eta kolektiboen eskubideak bermatuz. Bikoizketa arloko lan-harremanak erregulatuko dituen hitzarmen kolektiboaren alde lan egitea.
EITBk ikus-entzunezko lanak finantzatzeko darabilen diru-partidaren %75 euskarazko ikus-entzunezko ekoizpenak laguntzera bideratzea.
3. Diru publikoz finantzatutako euskarazko bikoizketa/ azpidatzi guztiak egokitu eta plataformetara helaraztea, Espainiako Estatuko Ikus-entzunezko Legeak agintzen duen bezala.
4. Inklusioaren eta hizkuntza-normalizazioaren ikuspegitik, azpidatzien erabilera-politikak diseinatu eta erabilera orokortzea.
5. Zineman eta plataformetako euskarazko estreinaldiak iraunkorki promozionatzea, Kultura eta Hizkuntza Politika Sailak euskarazko lanen sustapenerako propio sortutako webgune eta sare sozialetako kontuetan, eta, EiTBren albistegi eta bestelako programetan. Sailetik kudeatutako webgune hori euskaraz ekoitzitako, euskaraz bikoiztu/azpidatzitako edukien erreferentziazko datu-base publikoa bilakatzea. Euskaraz sortu, bikoiztu eta azpidatzitako lanen ondare publikoa babestea eta zaintzea.
6. EITBn euskarazko kulturari eta sortzaileei lehentasunezko tokia egitea. Euskarazko kulturari eta sortzaileei EITBn eta zirkuituetan gutxieneko kuotak ezartzea. Euskarazko sortzaile eta interpreteen egoera prekarioari aurre egiteko politika eraginkorrak abian jartzea, duintasunez lan egiteko neurri ekonomiko-fiskal zehatzak ezarriz.
Sareko plataformetan dauden euskarazko sortzaileak eta lanak ikusgarri egiteko politikak abian jartzea. Sare sozial eta plataformetan euskarazko proiektuak sortzeko dirulaguntza publikoak bideratzea. Plataforma horietan euskara hizkuntza-aukera gisa bermatzeko eta euskara hizkuntzaren arabera edukiak iragazteko eta bilatzeko aukera izateko lan egitea.
7. Bideojokoen industriako ehun asoziatiboarekin eta enpresarialarekin harremanak sortzea eta lan egitea, bideojokoetan euskararen presentzia bermatzeko.
Euskarazko bideojokoen sortzaileei zein garatzaileei bideratutako berariazko dirulaguntzak abian jartzea, eta kanpoko ekoizleei produktuak euskaratzeko erraztasunak ematea.
Nintendo, PlayStation, Xbox eta sektoreko gainerako puntako enpresen bideojoko kontsolek nahiz gailuek euskara interfaze grafikoan txertatzeko eta bideojoko dendetan euskara etiketa berezituarekin aitortzeko lan egitea.
